article by John Garrigues entitled “The
Key to Self-Knowledge: Altruism Is The Cure For Human Folly ” (pp.
3-5).
Pages 6 and 7 bring “The Sudden
Light of Zen: One Koan, Two Commentaries”, which is a fragment from the
book “The Iron Flute”.
“Experiencing the Yoga Aphorisms”
