While “Isis
Unveiled” appeared in the year 1877,
“The Secret
Doctrine” was published in 1888. Both
books are masterpieces of esoteric philosophy and they
will remain so. Just as “Isis”, “The Secret Doctrine”
was
written with the direct cooperation of immortal sages.
Its
outward imperfections belong to that denser crust which
is
necessary to protect the sacred substance of eternal wisdom.
